Do you accept reservations?

We accept reservations. Please book online through our website. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What are your operating hours?

We are open for limited hours at the moment, so please check our website for specific information on our hours for those dates. We will soon be open for longer hours.

Do you have longer than 15min appointments?

We offer two additional appointment options: a 30-minute appointment and an emergency appointment. The 30-minute appointment is for those who need more time with the a tech, and the emergency appointment is for those whose pets are in immediate need of advice.

How do I book an consultation?

To schedule a consultation, click on our booking page. You’ll be able to choose the type of consultation you want, the date and time, and the technician you’d like to speak with.

How is the consultation done?

Our consultations are done using a video call through Google Meet. You can also choose to do a text consultation, but time is still a factor, so a video call is recommended.

Can you tell what’s wrong with my dog or give medication?

We can’t tell you what’s wrong with your pet, nor can we prescribe medication. Those are things that can only be done by a doctor who has seen your pet in person.
